🌍 Export Regions

We are actively exporting to trusted buyers in:
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, and other international markets.

💼 General Export Terms

1. Product Range:

Agro Products (Spices, Pulses, Rice, etc.)

Seafood Products (Fresh & Frozen)

Leather Goods

Multani Mitti & Natural Products

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

20ft or 40ft container load

Trial/sample orders may be accepted upon discussion

3. Packaging:

Export-standard and product-safe packaging

Customized according to buyer specifications

4. Shipping Port:

Primarily via JNPT (Nava Sheva), Mumbai

Other ports based on logistics and product location

💳 Payment Terms

Advance Payment:
Buyer is required to pay 45% to 50% of the total invoice value in advance at the time of order confirmation.

Balance Payment:
The remaining 50% to 55% must be paid against the Bill of Lading (BL) upon shipment.

🚚 Delivery & Documentation

Delivery Timeline:
15–25 working days after confirmation and advance receipt

Shipping Terms:
FOB / CIF / CNF – as per mutual agreement

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Bill of Lading

Certificate of Origin

Fumigation Certificate (if required)

Phytosanitary / Health Certificate (for agro/food products)

✅ Inspection & Quality

In-house quality checks before dispatch

Third-party inspection available upon buyer’s request (additional cost)

❌ Cancellation & Support Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Advance is non-refundable if cancelled by the buyer

If the buyer faces any type of issue, delay, or default from our side, our team will take full responsibility to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.
